Ananta MS Formwork Panels are fabricated using premium-grade mild steel sheets reinforced with horizontal and vertical stiffeners. This reinforcement enhances their structural integrity and prevents bending or warping under heavy concrete pressure. The panels are fabricated with exact tolerances to ensure tight joints, reducing the risk of leakage and helping achieve smooth concrete finishes with minimal surface defects.

The panel faces are typically constructed from 3mm to 4mm thick steel plates, while the surrounding frame is made from 40x40mm or 50x50mm MS angles or box sections, depending on the application and load-bearing requirements. These panels are built for repeated use, often lasting through 50–100 reuses with proper handling and maintenance.
